We love coming to Nails by Ray for my daughters Girly days! She is so patient and caring and perfect for girlie spa days with my daughter. She covers the nail uv light somit doesn't hurt my daughter's eyes..and she got to choose her own style and there are thousands of decals to choose from! Perfect for pageant girls!
